GLOBAL HAWK


The Global Hawk is an unmanned (UAV) surveillance aircraft. We provided a large format, rigid-flex interconnects to support the systematic surveillance that uses high-resolution synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and long-range electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) sensors with long loiter times over target areas. With our technology, the Global Hawk can survey as much as 40,000 square miles (100,000 km2) of terrain day.
F-35 STEALTH FIGHTER


The F-35 Stealth Fighter is a descendant of the X-35 which was the winning design of the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program. The F-35 was designed and built by an aerospace industry team. We provided rigid flex avionics mother boards and rigid flex boards for the F-35 sensor systems.
TF-22 TACTICAL FIGHTER


The YF-22 Tactical Fighter is an American single-seat, twin-engine fighter aircraft technology designed for the United States Air Force. The design was a finalist in the Air Force's Advanced Tactical Fighter competition, and two prototypes were build for the demonstration/validation phase of the competition. We provided the design, fabrication and assembly for many of the rigid and rigid flex parts for displays, CNI and Power Supplies of the fighter.
FA-18 HORNET


The US Navy FA-18 Hornet is a maritime strike attack aircraft that is about 25% larger than its predecessor, the FA-18 C/D, but contains 42% fewer structural parts. It can fly greater ranges with heavier payloads, has more powerful engines and provides greater survivability. We provided the design, fabrication and assembly of multiple rigid flex part number or 8 to 18 layers for the aircraft.
F-117 STEALTH FIGHTER


The FA-117 Nighthawk was a single-seat, twin engine stealth attack aircraft developed by a secretive division for the United States Air Force. The F-117 was the first operational aircraft to be designed around stealth technology. The maiden flight of the Nighthawk happened in 1981 and the aircraft achieved initial operation capabilities status in 1983. We provided the design, fabrication and assembly of rigid flex parts for the fighter.
APACHE HELICOPTER


The Apache is the Army's heavy division/corps attack helicopter. The re-manufacture effort incorporates a millimeter wave fire control radar, radar frequency interferometer, fire-and-forget radar-guided Hellfire missile and cockpit management & digitalization enhancements. The aircraft has increased situational awareness, lethality and survivability. We provided both rigid and rigid flex parts for the Apache.
