PAC-3


The PAC-3 is a highly advanced surface-to-air guided missile air defense system. The hit to kill PAC-3 Missile is the world's most advanced, capable and powerful terminal air defense missile. It is a high-velocity missile interceptor that can defeat incoming targets by direct, body-to-body impact. We provided the fabrication of multiple advanced rigid-flex configurations for the missile program.
THAAD


The THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Defense) is a US Army anit-ballistic missile systems designed to shoot down short, medium and intermediate ballistic missiles in their terminal phase using a hit-to-kill approach. The missile carries no warhead, but relies on the kinetic energy of the impact to destroy the incoming missile. We provided two large 22x34, twenty-four layer rigid flex parts for the THAAD.
EXCALIBUR


Excalibur is a true precision weapon, impacting at a radial miss distance of less than 2 meters from the target. Excalibur provides accurate, first round effects in any scenario and has major dramatic reduction in the time, cost and logistical burden traditionally associated with using artillery munitions. Pioneer provided 8-layer rigid flex parts for the missile program.
GMLRS


The GMLRS (Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System) is a tracked, self-propelled, indirect fire ground rocket/missile system used by the US Army. It is capable of firing all rockets & missiles in the current and future Multiple Launch Rocket System family as well as the Army Tactical System family. It is also used to neutralize or suppress enemy ground/air artillery as well as artillery support. We provided multi-layer rigid flex cables for the missile system.
STINGER


The Stinger is a man-portable, shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missile. It is designed to counter fast, low flying ground attack aircraft. The missile is guided to its target by an infra-red, heat-seeking guidance system. The Stinger's "fire-and-forget" homing ability allows gunners to take cover or to engage new targets immediately after firing. We provided the fabrication of 6-layer rigid flex parts for the Stinger.
JAVELIN


The Javelin is a man-portable, fire-and-forget, antitank missile employed by dismounted infantry to defeat current and future threat armored combat vehicles. It can be fired form the shoulder, or form a dedicated launcher known as the Javelin LML - Light weight Multiple Launcher. Capable of being vehicle mounted, the LML carried 3 pounds. We provided the fabrication of 4 and 6 layer flex parts for the Javelin.
STANDARD MISSILE 2


The Standard Missile - 2 (SM2) is the world's largest premier fleet-area are defense weapon, providing increased intercept range, high-and-low-intercept capability and performance against advanced and anti-ship missile threats. Its primary mission is fleet-area air defense and ship self-defense, but it has also demonstrated an extended-area air defense protection capability. We provided the fabrication assembly of multiple rigid flex parts for the SM2.
