Pioneer specializes in hand soldering of connectors and non-active components to meet the requirements of ANSI-J-STD-001 and previous specification Mil-STD-2000.
In addition, encapsulation, bonding, conformal coating, stiffener installation, potting of connectors, assembly forming, heat sink bonding and electrical test is performed.

1. Certified assembly personnel installs standard 55 pin connector (qty 12) on this 12 layer rigid-flex satellite power supply board.
