RELIABILITY TESTING



Our parts are designed and manufactured to pass a variety of reliability tests. We work to make sure that our materials as well as our final boards can withstand the environments that the end-use applications will be exposed to. Some of our test data can be found below. FLEXIBILITY ENDURANCE TEST
A University of Arkansas test report for NASA/JPL on flexural endurance in a simulated Mars environment.

Pioneer Circuits is a participant in the IPC’s quantitative database of process capability & quality.

XXX TESTING
Northrop Grumman’s reliability testing on several Pioneer Circuits build samples using a proprietary accelerated thermal cycling test method.

MARS EXTENDED LENGTH FLEX TESTS

Our extended length flex circuits that were used on the Mars Exploration Rovers went through NASA/JPL’s endurance test in a simulated Mars environment. Our flex cables, which were supposed to last 15,000 cycles during testing, ended up lasting 600,000 cycles!
